When renting your equipment ask questions until you feel comfortable.  Get emergency after hours phone numbers. You can always call 602-240-1122, 24 hours a day to receive instructions on how to reach someone.  Make sure you have plenty of tape stock for your shoot or edit.  Notify us of a problem when it occurs, we're here to help and make your project a success.
